तन्मात्र

अहंकार से उत्पन्न शब्दतन्मात्र, स्पर्शतन्मात्र, रूपतन्मात्र, रसतन्मात्र, गन्धतन्मात्र, यह पांच अविशेष चरम मूलतत्व, जिनसे पांच महाभूत बनते हैं
