पञ्चचक्षुस् — {cakṣus} m. 'five-eyed', N. of the Buddha (who was supposed to have the {māṃsa-c}, {dharma-c}, {prajñā-c}, {divya-c} and {buddha-c} i.e. the carnal eye, the eye of religion, the eye of intellect, the divine eye and the eye of Buddha MW. (cf. Dharmas. lxvi)
