नारद

ब्रह्मा की जंघा से उत्पन्न मानस पुत्र, प्रख्यात ऋषि, जो देवता, मानव और दानवों के बीच दूत का काम करते हैं इसलिए इसे 'कलिप्रिय' भी कहते हैं

a celebrated sage, one of the ten mind-born sons of brahma, sprung from his thigh, hence serving as messenger in gods, men and demons, he is also called 'kalipriya'
